No, we do not. Time Report & Export for Jira is based on the Atlassian Forge development platform and fully supports the Runs on Atlassian program.
Atlassian Forge provides a secure platform for app development by running apps in isolated serverless environments, ensuring they can't affect others or the hosting platform. Forge apps adhere to a fine-grained permission system, ensuring data access is limited to what's explicitly granted, while built-in identity features prevent unauthorized actions. Before reaching the Atlassian Marketplace, apps undergo a review, and once hosted, they benefit from Atlassian's infrastructure security updates. Additionally, data storage through Forge is encrypted and region-compliant, and rate limits are in place to prevent potential abuse.
The Runs on Atlassian program helps customers identify Forge apps that can benefit enterprise customers with strict data privacy requirements. The program addresses the following requirements:
Apps exclusively use Atlassian-hosted compute and storage.
Apps support data residency matching residency provided by the host Atlassian app.
In short:
Time Report & Export for Jira does not communicate with any system outside of Atlassian Cloud. All data collected by and entered into Time Report & Export for Jira stays within Atlassian Cloud at all times.
